The Trend of Saudi Arabia to Anti-Software Piracy And Ethical Overview

As the business world becomes increasingly global and digital the information technology (IT) it's become indispensable tools. Furthermore the intellectual property rights (IPR) have become vulnerable to violation.The violation of intellectual property rights and piracy It is becoming economically devastating to companies that develop and countries. The aims of this study are present the trend of Saudi Arabia to anti-software piracy, also analyses software piracy issue from different ethical theories. Also, in this study also I highlighted on the effects of software piracy and I used real case study to analysis from Kantianism, act utilitarianism, rule utilitarianism and social contract theory.
